Is delivery included / free? Yes, delivery is included in the price of the item. Excludes Northern Ireland, Channel/Offshore Islands & Scottish Highlands – which is additional charge depending on location.

What is the delivery time? Overnight workday delivery (Delivery between 9:00am – 5:00pm).

If I order today, when will I get it? The cut-off for next working day delivery is 11am, as example – if order is placed on before 11am on Monday, you will get the item on Tuesday. But if order is placed after 11am on Monday, the item/s will be dispatched on Tuesday for estimated arrival of Wednesday. (BACS order only sent after payment confirmation).

Can I collect? Yes, but only after purchase and we will have to be informed of intent. We would also need an estimated time of collection to give us time to assemble the product/s. Typically, the item will not be able to collect until the next working day.


Is this for single-phase or three-phase? It will depend on your electric supply and the minimum specification your electric supplier states.

What is an IP rating? IP54 (5 - Protected against dust limited ingress, no harmful deposits. 4 - Protected against water splashed from all directions, limited ingress permitted. (Water-resistant not waterproof).

What does GRP mean? Glass Reinforced Plastic.

Do you sell metal? No, only GRP.

What colours do you sell? Light Grey (RAL 7035) or Green (RAL 7035).

Why is there a difference in price between the Light Grey and Green? Green is more expensive to cover cost of painting and labour.

What sizes do you do? We have large range of size ranging from W260 x H400 x D245 to W1060 x H1064 x D320. Please find complete size list in ‘Products’ section.

Do you do bespoke / custom products? No, we only sell set sized products.

Do the products come assemble? Yes, all items will come assemble and package.

Does it come with mounting plate? Yes, plywood mounting plate comes inside.

How do I mount my GRP box? Refer to your electrical supplier / electrical for guidance. But for basic idea – mount to concreate pad / plinth or to concreate wall.

Does it come will cut-outs / drill holes? No, you must make any cut-outs / drill holes yourself.

Can it be mounted to wall and do a need mounting kit? Yes, it can be mounted to wall, please drill in back plate of GRP enclosure; not the plywood plate inside. You can secure the enclosure straight to flat surface of wall without need of mounting kit.

Do you sell electrical hockey stick? No.

How do I open the enclosure? You unlock with key first, pull from the bottom of the handle towards yourself, then turn to the right.

Can I buy replacement keys / handles? Yes, in our ‘Accessories’ section ‘Buy Online’.

Do you do trade discount? Yes, but only to electrical wholesalers or multi-item order.

Do you do trade accounts? No, only trade discount direct purchase through proforma invoice or telephone payment.

What payment method do you accept? BACS / PayPal through website order or Card Payment through telephone payment (01752 4263569:00am to 4:30pm). We do not accept American Express.

A refund would depend on the condition of the item and we do ask it be in the same packaging or be well-packaged. Any damages upon return will be assessed and result in a deduction of the total paid refund or the item will be sent back and no refund will be issued.
